The Piper by S. Kim Jaye

The Piper

Some stories linger long after the last words, leaving us to wonder if it’s truly the end. ‘The Piper’ begins where the legend of the Pied Piper of Hamelin leaves off, focusing on the boy left behind when his friends and brothers are taken by a mysterious flutist. Now a man, Shaun Gable journeys to a land of sorcery and demons, leading an army against the Goblain King in hopes of rescuing his lost brothers. Meanwhile, the Goblain King faces threats from his half-sister, the dark sorceress Shoina, who schemes to usurp him with dark magic. Intrigue and deception abound—can Shaun find the High-Prince and bring his brothers home?

A Taste of Spice by Kim Jaye

A Taste of Spice

India, with its unique differences from one region to another, is an explosion of colour, scents and tastes. India’s cuisine ranges from spicy curries to subtle dishes, the flavours dancing on your tongue, the taste lingering in your mouth.

This book is an initial step into experimenting with Indian spices and flavours. From easily sourced ingredients, simple recipes and plenty of helpful tips, this book allows for a successful venture into the enticing world of Indian cuisine.

A Sense of Cooking

We are often exposed to the negative representations of visual impairment, the emphasis placed on our limitations and the obstacles in our way. However, with support and self-belief, there is nothing we cannot achieve. There are even times where the use of our other senses gives us an advantage, particularly in the kitchen.

The beauty of cooking whilst being visually impaired is that you are more reliant on your other senses; taste, touch, smell and even hearing. This book, is a collection of my favourite recipes, designed for those with visual impairment, but ideal for anyone with a passion for cooking.
